Meet Camry
From people, to places, to community.
I began this work with a camera, taking senior photos and capturing people during moments that mattered to them. What I loved most the story behind the moment. Over time, my work expanded beyond portraits. I found myself documenting weddings from behind the scenes, creating content for local businesses, designing promotional materials, and photographing everyday life around my town.
I started writing about what was happening locally — the events, the businesses, the people — I work closely with each business to create a voice that feels authentic and truly represents their brand.
What connected all of it was simple: I was telling stories rooted in place.
Why local stories matter to me.
Small towns and local communities are full of character, history, and it’s people — but they’re often overlooked or simplified. I believe those stories deserve care, intention, and creativity.
Whether it’s helping a business gain traction, documenting life as it happens, or creating products inspired by the places we love, my goal is always the same: to preserve what makes a place feel like home and make something tangible that will stay here long after I’m gone.
More than content.
Some stories don’t stop at photos or posts.
That’s why I began creating tangible, interactive projects — like coloring books inspired by local towns, and an upcoming board game designed to celebrate my own small town.
These projects create a way for people to stay connected to the places they love that they may only get to visit once a year. It brings those memories back to life — turning a simple moment into something interactive, familiar, and meaningful instead of something you just scroll past and forget.
